Rpg Tools - Character Editor update

I reworked Rpg Tools to add support for the new characters from https://laserwolvegames.itch.io/ You can now browse through all the characters he offers, customize their colors, change the equioment parts, equipment colors etc. as you can already do for all the assets from https://itch.io/profile/pvgames

I also reworked the UI of the Character Creator to make it easier to edit your characters.

If you want to develop your own 2D RPG you can use https://nightmare-82.itch.io/rpg-tools to create your characters and export them with tons of options, it also supports Texture Packer.
